For security reasons and to protect the transmission of personal data and other confidential contents (e.g. orders or inquiries to the responsible person), this website uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the character string "https://" and the lock symbol in your browser line.

If you use our website for informational purposes only, i.e. if you do not provide us with any other information, we only collect the data that your browser sends to our server (so-called "server log files"). When you call up our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display the website:

Our visited website
Date and time at the time of access
Amount of sent data in Byte
Source/reference from which you reached the page
Used Browser
Used operating system
IP address used (in anonymous form)

The processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 letter f DSGVO on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of our website. The data will not be passed on or used in any other way. However, we reserve the right to check the server log files subsequently if there are concrete indications of illegal use.

Initiative contact of the customer by e-mail and via forms

If you contact us by e-mail or via a form on your own initiative, we will only collect your personal data (name, e-mail address, message text) to the extent that you provide it. The data processing serves to process and answer your contact request.

If contact is made for other reasons, this data processing is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 letter f DSGVO (German Data Protection Act) out of our overwhelmingly justified interest in processing and answering your inquiry. In this case, you have the right to object at any time, for reasons arising from your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you based on Art. 6, Paragraph 1, Letter f of the Italian Data Protection Act. We only use your e-mail address to process your request. Your data will then be deleted in compliance with statutory retention periods, unless you have consented to further processing and use.

The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b DSGVO and is necessary for the fulfilment of a contract with you.

Your data will be passed on, for example, to the mail-order companies and dropshipping providers you have chosen, payment service providers, service providers for order processing and IT service providers. Analysis & advertising tracking

Use of Google Analytics

We use the web analysis service Google Analytics of Google LLC on our website. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). Insofar as you have your habitual residence in the European Economic Area or Switzerland, Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) is the person responsible for your data. Google Ireland Limited is therefore the company affiliated with Google which is responsible for processing your data and for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws.
The data processing serves the purpose of analysing this website and its visitors as well as for marketing and advertising purposes. To this end, Google will use the information obtained on behalf of the operator of this website to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activities and to provide further services to the website operator in connection with website and internet use. The following information, among others, may be collected: IP address, date and time of the page view, click path, information about the browser and device used by you, pages visited, referrer URL (website from which you accessed our website), location data, purchase activities. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the framework of Google Analytics is not merged with other data from Google.
. Google Analytics uses technologies such as cookies, web memory in the browser and counting pixels, which enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information thus generated about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The EU Commission has not issued an adequacy finding for the USA. The data transfer is based, among other things, on standard contractual clauses as suitable guarantees for the protection of personal data, which can be viewed at: https://policies.google.com/privacy/frameworks (https://policies.google.com/privacy/frameworks). Both Google and U.S. state authorities have access to your data. Your information may be linked by Google to other data, such as your search history, personal accounts, usage data from other devices and any other data that Google may have about you.
IP anonymisation is activated on this website. As a result, your IP address will be previously shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other states which are party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
. The use of cookies or comparable technologies is carried out with your consent on the basis of § 15 para. 3 p. 1 TMG in conjunction with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO. The processing of your personal data is carried out with your consent on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO. You may revoke your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent until revocation.

Using Google Ads Conversion Tracking

We use the online advertising programme "Google Ads" on our website and in this context conversion tracking (visitor action evaluation). Google Conversion Tracking is an analysis service of Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). If you are habitually resident in the European Economic Area or Switzerland, Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) is the data controller. Google Ireland Limited is therefore the company affiliated with Google which is responsible for processing your data and for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws.
When you click on an ad placed by Google, a conversion tracking cookie is placed on your computer. These cookies have a limited validity, do not contain any personal data and are therefore not used for personal identification. If you visit certain pages on our site and the cookie has not expired, Google and we may recognise that you have clicked on the ad and been directed to that page. Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. As a result, there is no way that cookies can be tracked across the websites of ads customers.
. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to compile conversion statistics. This tells us the total number of users who have clicked on one of our ads and been redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, we do not receive any information that personally identifies users.
Your data may be transferred to the USA. There is no adequacy finding for the US by the EU Commission. The data transfer is based, inter alia, on standard contractual clauses as appropriate guarantees for the protection of personal data, available at: https://policies.google.com/privacy/frameworks.
The use of cookies or comparable technologies is carried out with your consent on the basis of § 15 paragraph 3 sentence 1 TMG in conjunction with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO. The processing of your personal data is carried out with your consent on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO. You may revoke your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent until revocation.

Google Ireland Limited is therefore the company affiliated with Google which is responsible for processing your data and for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws.
This application is used to manage JavaScript tags and HTML tags, which are used to implement tracking and analysis tools in particular. The data processing serves the purpose of designing and optimising our website to meet the needs of our customers.
The Google Tag Manager itself does not store cookies nor does it process personal data. However, it does enable the triggering of further tags that can collect and process personal data.
